It was nice to read the things you are thinking in your head... helpful for a tough week! Would recommend to any busy mom
This is an excellent book for anyone who is looking for more ease and joy in their life. The book was very inspirational, and as a single mom of 2 daughters I really enjoyed the 3 steps in the book to creating joy in my life so that I can pass it on to my daughters. I especially loved the section "Let go like a two year old" and the suggestions to clear out the "thoughts, emotions and actions that don't serve our highest good." Great practical suggestions on how to shift my life, be "in the flow" and ultimately be more calm and joyful. I highly recommend this book.
