Mark George of Amicus talks about the Death Penalty
From The LawWorks Student Pro Bono Conference
The LawWorks Student Pro Bono Conference 2010 in Birmingham, England was a very successful and well received event. The first edition of material from the LawWorks channel on HumanRightsTV is now available for viewing.
To assist this distribution you may obtain an interactive pdf file from HumanRightsTV. This file is particularly useful as it catalogues the video content and provides live links to each piece of video. This means that you can store it on your desktop and look directly at the prime source material as and when you need to.
Lecturers use this tool to easily select items which they can use to start a lecture with as a discussion point. Students use the tool to archive on their own systems valuable information which they can refer to for use in their academic work. For charity and NGO use, this form of archiving helps to select specific items of video content which they can then use when lobbying on behalf of their cause.
